Starting a Return or Exchange

If you want to return an item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your parcel by emailing us at info@akaazoun.com.

Please note that returns sent without prior email notification and confirmation from us cannot be accepted.
 
To avoid any complications, we strongly recommend that you keep your proof of return until the process has been fully completed.
 

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and any associated risks when returning or exchanging items. Be sure to pre-register your return and send it with sufficient postage. Please include your invoice or order number inside the parcel to help us identify it.

Where to Send Your Return

The return address will be provided automatically once your return is registered via our portal.

Return Conditions:

To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused: Items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
  • Hygiene protection: Where relevant, hygiene strip must remain attached and unbroken.
  • No scent or stains: Items should not carry signs of wear, such as perfume, smoke, or kitchen odors.
  • Hygienic try-ons: For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear or similar products over your own underwear.
  • Timely return: Returns must be physically received within 14 days after you’ve received your order. Late returns may be declined.

Exchanges

Looking to swap for another size or style? That’s no problem — the same return conditions apply. Just ensure the item is in excellent condition when sending it back.
Please note: shipping fees for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.

  • Damages and issues: We kindly ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with us right away so we can review the situation and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
  • Condition check: Items that don’t meet our return standards cannot be accepted. To maintain hygiene standards, please take care when trying on items to avoid any stains or marks.
  • Right to refuse: AKAAZOUN reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if items appear worn, mishandled, or damaged in ways not related to shipping or if there is any suspicion of that.
  • Wrong item received: If you’ve received the wrong item, you’re welcome to return it free of charge. Please register the return through our online portal at akaazoun.returnless.com.
  • Care instructions: For guidance on how to care for your item and extend its lifespan, please review our garment care advice.

Refunds:
After we receive your return, the items will be inspected by our quality team. This process may take up to 5 business days.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require extra time to complete the transaction on their end.
