Our team strives to prepare and dispatch all orders within 1 working day aiming to deliver the order as quick as we can (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that during high-demand periods — such as collection launches or sales — dispatch times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

 

Tracking

After your order has been submitted, the shipping address can no longer be modified, as the fulfillment process begins immediately and the package is quickly handed over to the delivery service. You’ll receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace link, allowing you to monitor your shipment. Please be aware that tracking details may only become visible after the carrier has scanned and processed your parcel.

  • Not received: If the track & trace indicates that your parcel is deliverd but your package hasn’t arrived, please inform us by email within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, if we’re notified after this period, we’ll no longer be able to request an investigation with the shipping carrier.

 

International shipping

Shipping fees for international orders are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

As the recipient of the order, it is your responsibility to ensure that all import laws and regulations in your country are followed. Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. If you’re unsure about local import requirements, we suggest reaching out to your country’s customs authority for clarification.
